Hello,
My name is Kenneth Adams. I was born and raised in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. I attended first grade through High School where I graduated in 1964. I attended Northeastern State University with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Economics.
I am a registered member of the great Cherokee Nation as well as a veteran of the United States Air Force where I served for 4 years including 1 year in Vietnam (1967) and 1968 during the Tet Offensive and received an honorable discharge in 1970.
My wife of 34 years, Earlene Faye (Haddock) Adams is also a native of Tahlequah and Cherokee County. We live on the farm that was her birthplace and childhood home.
I was employed by Safeway Stores Incorporated from whom I retired after 22 years of service. Earlene and I are not lazy people but just plain hardworking folks and did not like retirement. So in 1979, we began a "full time" now "full service" auction company. I began auctioning at the age of 10 years, that’s over 54 years ago.
My wife Earlene and I have been in the "full time" and now "full service" auction business for 33 years. Please note: This is not a part time job for us, it is our livelihood and we take it very seriously!
I am also a Real Estate Associate of ERA John Hausam Real Estate, operating out of the Tahlequah, Oklahoma office. So,
not only do we sell your personal property but, also your real property.
We have 4 children:
Vernon Martin and his wife Regina, son Thomas and his wife Ellie.
Mike Adams and his wife Christi, son Eric and daughter Ashley.
Michelle Carroll and her husband Rusty, daughters Emily and Natasha her husband Roman and their sons Cameron and Nicholas.
Shelly Conner and her husband Frank, daughters Kenna, Lynzie and son Carter.
We are truly blessed that all our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren live in this immediate area of Oklahoma. (Spoil those Grandbabies.)
We love and attend Faith Chapel Church in Moody, our home church.
We can honestly say we love and appreciate our business and appreciate each and every customer. We know you have a choice, so, we try our best to serve you with a professional auction crew and plenty of good old advertisement with flyers, our mailing list which has taken us 30 years to compile, and our very successful internet service with pictures and upcoming auctions.
